ABOUT CTC

Commercial Training Consultants (CTC) --- Background & History

CTC was founded in 1998 after the Principal Partners left Leeward Community College (LCC). While at LCC, CTC's Principal Partners were responsible for establishing and implementing the testing procedures and classes for the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Program. During that time, CTC's founders developed classes to cover all the tests necessary to obtain a CDL as well as drafting all related books and classroom materials. CDL Skill Training, Driver Improvement Programs, Fork Lift Training & Certification Programs as well as special courses to cover Airport Rescue Fire Fighting Operations, Hazardous Materials Transportation, and Personnel Lift Training & Certifications were also subsequently developed.

CTC's services have since expanded to include driver and fleet management services with Driver Qualification and Vehicle Fleet Repair & Maintenance Records Program. There are also risk & incident management services that include Vehicle Incident Reporting & Logging Programs, a Post-Incident Vehicle Inspection and/or Investigation Program, as well as Fleet Management, Technical Consulting and Expert Witness Services.
